Expert resources in real estate and all things New Orleans!

New Orleans born and bred, I have an insider’s perspective on the rich mix of New Orleans’ various and unique neighborhoods - quaint doubles in the historic faubourgs of Marigny and Treme , Creole cottages and townhouses in the French Quarter, grand mansions in the Garden District, condominiums in  old warehouses Downtown - plus Irish Channel, Algiers Point, Old Metairie, Lakeview and beyond.

Fifteen years in real estate with Gardner, Realtors,  I have in-depth knowledge of the local real estate market and am consistently a multi million dollar producer for Gardner, earning production awards and lifetime membership in President’s Club.  Named yearly among the top one hundred New Orleans area producers by CityBusiness magazine.

My buyers are offered expert supporting resources in lending, insurance, title considerations as well as extensive resources for renovation needs and home maintenance after closing a sale.

Sellers’ listings are serviced with comparable sales analyses,  professional photography , floor plans, staging  - plus print and email ads— and  aggressive social media marketing to achieve top dollar sales.

Community and civic involvement includes past member of the Jr League of New Orleans, active member of Trinity Church, trustee on the Milne Boys Home board, Garden District Security District commissioner, member of Preservation Resource Center.  Pre-realtor years:  Co-authored  “The Historic Garden District  - An Illustrated Guide and Walking Tour”, owned and managed a four hundred member children’s consignment sale for ten years in Alabama,  owned a business creating and  painting chests and cabinets to depict historic New Orleans houses,  still works part time as a broker rep for fine art portrait artists.  True confession:  once owned a business brokering sales of Mardi Gras queens gowns  to private clients - only in New Orleans!

I live  in the Garden District -  and I love my city!
